    Flashing Red Light, No Boot, Nothing....

    Hey, anyone is having details from which I will able to get the details about my problem. When I connect my device it simply blinks the red led 3 times and then nothing happens. If you are having any details about it, then please provide that to me. I have tried to find out this problems solution on internet, but I am not able to get the details about it.

    Hey, I am also facing the same problem. I have not able to get solved for my problem. If you are having any solution on this, then please provide that to me. I have tried to search on internet, but as per your result, I am also not able to get the details about the solution. If you are able to get the solution then I will be thankful to you. If you will able to get the details then please provide that details to me.

    Hello, follow the steps below:
    • Simply install the desktop software.
    • Then you will able to get to install the handheld software.
    • Remove your device battery.
    • Then you need to connect the device to the computer.
    • Then you can simply able to use the options and select the "connection settings".
    • Then you can simply select the USB PIN.
    • Then simply click on the application loader icon.
    • After that you need to select the software which you want to install.
    • Then go through the wizard until the finish.
    • Then select the Advanced button.
    • Select the chekcboxes and then select the DO NOT AUTOMATICALLY BACK UP MY HANDHELD.
    • Insert the battery.
    • Done

As if your compute is not recognizing the device then you can simply get solved for your problem by making use of the reinstallation of the operating system.
