Toshiba Satellite L505-S5993 can't connect to wifi

I have recently purchased the new Toshiba Satellite L505-S5993 laptop for myself with the Windows 7 operating system. This laptop also has the inbuilt WLAN for accessing the internet wirelessly. I have the wireless router at my place. But there is problem with this laptop. The Toshiba Satellite L505-S5993 can't connect to wifi network. I want suggestions and help for resolving this issue.

I think this laptop does not ha the driver software installed in it for the WLAN device. So i will advice you to install the driver software first in the laptop compatible with the Windows 7 operating system. After that this issue will be resolved if the issue is because of the driver software for the WLAN of the Toshiba Satellite L505-S5993 laptop.

I am also having the same issue with my Toshiba laptop. I also have the Toshiba Satellite L505-S5993 laptop. I am able to see the available Wi-Fi networks in the laptop but when i select the connect option by selecting the wireless network of my home then simply nothing happens. I have installed some software for managing the wireless networks which came with this laptop.

I think there is some problem or issues with the software you are using in the Toshiba Satellite L505-S5993 laptop with the Windows 7 operating system because of which the software is not able to connect the wireless network you want to connect. I think the system restore will resolve this issue. So try this out and revert back to me about this issue. It is resolved or not.
