    Toshiba T135-S1309 Touchpad Unuseable

I am finding it difficult to use the Touch pad of my Toshiba T135-S1309 laptop. I have just purchased it before few months. I am not aware of what the actual problem is. Has anyone faced the similar problems before i would like to know how to go about this problem. Any help in this matter would be really appreciated.

I had this problem with my laptop too i contacted the Toshiba technical support and explained the whole situation to them then they explained me how to get free shipping. I followed their instructions and shipped the laptop then they returned back the laptop after about 7 days which was working absolutely fine. I would suggest you to follow the same.

It appear as there is a small button above the touch pad which for turning the touch pad on or turning the touch pad off. I had this button on my HP pavillion laptop. Some times I have also faced this problem while i was new using my laptop. Then i got the button and turned it on and started working again.

In this situation it seems as the drivers are not installed properly and hence you are getting this error. So it would be better if you try to re install all the drivers simply go to the device manager and then Right click on the touch pad icon and select update drivers locate the drivers file and click next and OK

if the computer is new, and still it is in warranty, The i will suggest that do not touch or do anything that may invalidate your warranty and take it where you bought it, the problem should solved freely. If they can't solve your problem freely your laptop will be shipped to the manufacturer freely and you will get it repaired freely.
