This might be because your keyboard may have been damaged so you need to get it repaired. The best place to get it repaired is the service center. take your laptop to the Toshiba service center since you have mentioned that you have purchased the laptop just few days ago. You will get the laptop repaired for free since it is still in the warranty period.

First of all i would like to know whether you accidentally spilled water or liquid over the keyboard keys or some other stuffs. The laptop keys may have been damaged sometimes and hence you are needed to press it more harder. Try to get the keyboard keys checked with some hardware professional.

Thanks for the reply but let me tell you that i have not spilled some water or other liquid which harmed the Keyboard keys. It certainly started two three days before when i was busy doing my work i found that i need to press the keyboard keys pretty much harder than i had to press it before.

I would like to know whether you have to press all the keys harder or some of the keys only. If you are having problem with only few keys then it clearly indicates that the key board is damaged and it needs to get repaired and hence i suggest you to rush to the nearest Toshiba care center and take help from the hardware engineers there.

In such situation i would suggest you to get the keyboard replaced either do it your self but it seems as your laptop is still in the warranty period and hence i would suggest you not to do it yourself and hence you should try to take help from the Toshiba itself so call the customer care and explain the matter they will probably give you a solution.
