No Sound After Virus Scan

Hi friend,

I am using Toshiba Satellite Pro A120 laptop. I am using internet over my laptop. Because of that my laptop infected by the virus. Then I scanned my laptop with Escan antivirus application. But after this the actual problem started, i.e the sound of laptop is not working. I am not getting the exact cayuse behind this sound problem. If you have any solution to sort out this sound issue, then please let me know that. I am waiting for your reply.

I think you need to install the sound drivers. Because of virus infection sound of your Toshiba laptop is not working. I suggest you to download the sound drivers from the official site of your laptop. After downloading this sound driver you need to make installation for the same. After this process restart you laptop to see if sound is working or not.

To solve this sound problem first you need to goto the control panel, then select the device manager option from it. Next step is to delete the sound device and then shut down your system. After this reboot your system.Then you need to download the drivers for the same and then install this drivers manually. I hope it will solve your problem.

According to me there is problem in your antivirus application. This is because, it might deleted the system files which supports to the sound. I suggest you to try the another updated antivirus application and the try to scan your computer again. After the scanning restart your system to take the effect. I had similar problem in past, but I did same above procedure to solve it.
