Audio driver not working with Toshiba Satellite P105-S6004 on Windows 7

Hi, I had recently purchased the laptop of the Toshiba such as the Toshiba Satellite P105-S6004. Many times my audio can not work properly. I am not able to hear the songs or audio on the Toshiba Satellite P105-S6004. My configuration can be as 1GB RAM, 160 GB HDD, Core i7 3.6 GHz, Windows 7. Can anyone help me??
