Unable to hear the sound on Toshiba Satellite A300-D5310

Hi, Friends. I am facing the some difficulty with my Toshiba Satellite A300-D5310, which can be configured as Core 2 Duo T5450 3.66GHz 4GRAM, 160GB HDD SATA. I am finding the difficulty that I am not able to hear the audio on my Toshiba Satellite A300-D5310. So, I would like to know about the Toshiba Satellite A505-S6983 audio problem.
