Audio problem of Toshiba Satellite A105-S4254

Hi, I had recently purchased the laptop of the Toshiba such as the Toshiba Satellite A105-S4254. Many times my audio can not work properly. I can believe that the sound card can be an issue. I could also tried the headphones as well as my USB speakers, even though it can not produce the audio. Can anyone knows about this issue??? i am waiting for your reply.
