Hello, I had purchased the Kindle that can be a e-book reader last month. I like the Kindle for the purpose of reading the books. It can be very convenient for me. But from last day I am finding the problem with my Kindle. So, I would like to know about it. And I also would like to know about the help as My Kindle can be Frozen! Can anyone knows about the it???

As per my experience about the Amazon Kindle, that I can recommended you to try by resetting your hardware of Kindle. For resetting your hardware you must have to take out the cover of your kindle from the back and then insert a paperclip in the small hole. After inserting the paperclip hold down it for a 10 seconds. And after doing this you can noticed that your problem can be solved.

1. Due to letting down the charge run for long time.

My Kindle can be frozen as my brother can hold the Kindle for a sometime. He can press some keys but it can not be fast enough for him as he wanted. And for that reason he can press the entire keys on the Kindle frustratingly. Dut this my Kindle can becomes confused and it can be stops working.
