| One click backup key not working in aspire 4736z
I am using the acer aspire 4736z since last one year and now i have upgraded the operating system from windows vista to windows 7. I have installed the drivers too. But the problem is that i cannot use the one click backup on my windows 7 anymore on my acer aspire 4736z. Please tell me how to get rid of this problem. To implement on this problem i would like to know whether you did a new installation on your laptop or you upgraded the windows vista to windows 7. Please mention this more clearly. I will post a solution as soon as you specify the details which i have mentioned in my post. Post the details as soon as possible.

Thanks for replying so quickly since i posted this query in a bit hurry i forgot to mention the details for which you have asked in the above post. I have upgraded the windows vista to windows 7. It seems as the back up software application which you are using is not working correctly on your system. Try to check whether the backup application which you are using for backing up all your data is compatible with windows 7 or not if yes then i will suggest you to re install the backup software once again.

Most probably the main reason behind this problem is that the software which you have installed for backing up all your file is not compatible with the newly installed operating system. Since it stopped working right after you finished upgrading the operating system. Try a different application for backup which is compatible with windows 7. |

As far as i know if an application is compatible with windows vista it must be compatible with windows 7 too. Since windows 7 supports almost each and every application supported by windows vista. So i think you only need to uninstall all the traces of the program that are present on your system and then reinstall it the One click backup key will start working |
