This is a 3G apparatus with HSDPA for speedy and smooth web browsing and sensible download speeds. A facade camera is also provided for two-way video profession. Wi-Fi lets you attach to wireless networks when in variety, and Bluetooth and GPS are incorporated too. As this is such a large-screened apparatus, it would vocation well in a vehicle for point-to-point steering, but it's far too unwieldy to be used with any effortlessness on foot.

The Flint is an extraordinary size and shape. It comes in two divide pieces with a keyboard that fixes to the screen using magnets. The benefit of this dimension is a 5-inch monitor with a sharp VGA 640 x 480-pixel declaration that makes Windows Mobile in working condition for fundamental office work. The keyboard is not huge sufficient for two-handed touch-typing, but we establish it fine for fast hunt-and-peck exertion. The keys are flat, but distribute a haptic feedback – vibrating every time you press a switch so you know your proceedings have registered – which actually helps with the typing speed.

It in addition works well as a Pocket PC but, once more, it's basically too huge to grasp to your ear to make personal calls. Video calls are great although, as the onscreen picture is rightfully huge. There is 16GB of flash memory integrated and an old-fashioned miniSD card slot for adding supplementary. Overall we like the O2 Xda Flint but, in terms of usability, it falls unnervingly connecting a netbook and a smartphone without offering the unambiguous usability of moreover.
