How to put and play Flash videos on iPad

Recently i have purchased an apple ipad. Also i came to know about that the apple ipad does not supports the Adobe Flash. But i am a flash lover and i use to watch flash videos and this is really worrying me. I would like to know a way by which i can watch Flash videos on Apple ipad. Any help in this matter would be really appreciated.

I think if you are not able to view the flash videos online then you can try to download them on your ipad and then you only need to convert those video files using a converter. After the conversion of this video file you can easily watch the video using the apple ipad. Hope fully you got the fix.

Thank you very much Gonzo for the replies but i would like to know the name of the converter which i need to download and install on my system in order to watch Flash video files. Your answer relieved me some what but it would have been better if apple provided the support for playing flash video by default.
