Hello, I am planning for buying a new laptop but still i am bit confused about its features and design. Actually i want to buy Lenovo ThinkPad X201, It looks good but is it performing for long period of time according to its bit complicated design. Can you guys help me to know more about Lenovo ThinkPad X201?

Lenovo ThinkPad X201 has almost same design as previous modes of ThinkPad X series notebooks was having. At first look, it looks like much similar to T-series notebook with a boxy frame but smaller. This notebook has small design as much as possible with reducing the size of keyboard. This series of notebooks are essentially the smallest ThinkPad which is not at all stops Lenovo to incorporate a full-size keyboard in its design.

Build quality of Lenovo ThinkPad X201 is much better then other small netbooks. It has retains the strong stainless-steel screen hinges, strong plastic cladding, durable ThinkPad keyboard and alloy chassis. But i would like to tell you that the screen of this netbook is bit weaker as it can break easily and it is touchscreen. And its screen size is 12" which is quite good for small netbooks.

Lenovo ThinkPad X201 has a 12-inch glossy touchscreen with the smallest design. It is a ultraportable notebooks but it falls behind when we talk about color saturation and contrast. This problem has been seen with the most of the business notebooks. And Horizontal viewing angles are much better as colors are staying consistent even from the steep angles.
