Why is my Gateway E-475M G Notebook computer so warm?

i bought new Gateway E-475M G Notebook which is a portable type of computer system.I have also installed windows vista operating system. But i got some problem because of i don't know how do i enter the BIOS Setup Utility on this computer as well as i also confused about why my system so warm. So please tell me what should i do?

Gateway E-475M G Notebook has used processor options Intel Core™ 2 Duo processor in the system. It use 2 MB level 2 cache and 4 MB level 2 cache as well as the system used 800 MHz FSB.
