Unable to copy music files from iphone to itunes

Hi friends,
I have been using Apple Iphone from the last six months and now recently i have purchased a new brand Apple Ipod and i want to move all my iphone's music to my new ipod, but there is a problem before i was using my iphone with Itunes on my computer which was having windows xp and now i am trying to use my phone with other computer which is having windows vista and now i am not able to move all my music files to the itunes on this computer. I don't know what is going on, please suggest me what is going on.

You are saying that you are not able to move your music files from your iphone to itunes, you can do one thing that yo need to uninstall itunes from the computer in which you are facing such kind of problem. Re-install it in the computer and when the connection wizard opens then you can connect your iphone to the computer and from the begning try to connect your iphone with the computer and if it connects then you can transfer all the data from iphone to the itunes.
