Can't turn off easynote

Hello everyone,

I have a laptop packard bell "easynote" and every night, can not turn off although I do all the closing process to shut down the computer. and there I have a word "shutting down" that runs in a loop and can not turn off. I am now reduced to let the battery discharge but this is not normal, there should be someone able to give me the solution? thank you in advance.

What operating system is used?

Os = Windows XP, Vista, Linux or Windows 7.

Check if an application is obstructing the shutting down.

Make a thorough check for viruses. Use updated antivirus.

I'm on vista, for I have tried everything off, cut the internet all close, then log off, nothing to do.

I tried to put out leaving the session open without any open file, still nothing. I do not understand what could be the reason?

You have made updates lately?

You type msconfig in the bar directly search the start menu and press [Enter].

In the Windows System Configuration Utility, click the Startup tab. In the list, uncheck the boxes of the programs except antivirus and firewall.

Finally, click on the button [OK] to save changes. A window will ask you to reboot, you're not obliged to do, but when you restart the computer, another window will appear, you check the "Do not show this window" then click OK to stop have the window that appears at each startup.

• Perform a DISK CLEANUP as Start -> Programs -> Accessories -> System Tools -> Disk Cleanup.
