Problem after updating iPhone OS

I have just updated the new version of iPhone OS.

But after updating, almost all of my applications have disappeared !!!!!!

HELP ......

An update will erase data completely from your iPhone.

No problem, just resync your iPhone on iTunes to retrieve your apps.

(application tab, and tick those you wish to submit).

That's wat i do this my iphone always.

All data must be preserved and restored by iTunes, like all other applications. Have you tried a restore from iTunes? You'll also have to update your version of iSpend to correct some problems with firmware 3.0, but I do not think that explains why logs charges are not available. Trying to restore it on another PC with a latets Itunes!

You have to be patient because several attempts without success after a certain number of attempts to restore the OS 3 finally moved!
