N86 gives "internal module error" message

    Hello to all,
I am new to this forum. I have Nokia N86 mobile phone which is 6 months old. Two days ago I download 147mb firmware from nokia's OVI store. When I tried to install it in mobile it gives "internal module error" message. I don't know what is that mean. Can anyone tell me how to fix this problem.

From your information it seems that there is some problem in that update file. It may get corrupted or get damaged and that's why you are getting such type of problem. Some times due to bad internet connection some files are not download properly and become corrupted. In this again download new update file and then after try to install it in your mobile.

Hey it is normal problem face by most of the people. When you install new Nokia Software Updater sometimes installation of Microsoft XML4 DLL fails and you get such type of error message. In this case you have to use following step to overcome this problem.
First Go to Start button -> now go to Run -> now type "regsvr32 C:\WINNT\system32\msxml4.dll" and press enter -> now press OK > OK.

It seems that there is no space in your mobile's phone memory and that's why you are getting such type of problem. For installing new update in your mobile you must have at least 90 free space in your mobile's phone memory. Just delete some unnecessary stuff from your mobile to free up some memory and then after try to install new updates. This ti,e you will not get any problem.
