N-Gage not working in nokia 5800

Hello to all,
I have nokia 5800 mobile phone which is 6 months old. It is very nice phone. It don't have any problem until last week. From last week N-Gage not working in nokia 5800. When I press ngage tab from the menu nothing happens. When I tried to open it from multimedia button but it gives system error. Please help me to fix this problem.

From your information it seems that there is some problem in your N-Gage application and that's why you are getting such type of problem. Your N-Gage application may get corrupted or get damaged and that's why you are getting such type of problem. In this case you have to re-install N_Gage application in your mobile to overcome this problem.

You have to perform Hard reset process to overcome this problem. Most of the people face such type of error message and they are able to fix this problem by performing Hard reset process. If you don't know how to perform Hard reset then use following steps.
First connect your mobile to computer and take backup of your mobile -> now unlock your mobile and type *#7370* in it and press dial button -> now your mobile will asked you for security code just type 12345 as default code.

Have you restore your mobile? If not then first restore your mobile. If you don't know how to restore your mobile then use following steps.
First take backup of your mobile -> Now turn off your mobile -> now press * key, a number key 3, green/call key and power key simultaneously until your mobile switch on.

I think there is some problem in your mobile's software. It may get corrupted or get damaged and that's why you are getting such type of error message. In this case you have to upgrade your mobile to fix this problem. Just connect your mobile to nokia Pc suite and look out for new updates. If new update is available then download and install it in your mobile.
