my sony ericsson w350 phone recording sound not working. and also bluetooth not working. i was renew my phone software version. but it's not correct this problems. is that a virues.

Usually software upgrade solves the problems which are similar to these but as you have mentioned that it did not solve it then I am afraid that there is some hardware problem with your phone. Get the phone checked by some technician to be sure what is causing the problem.
