It sounds like your usb controller drivers may be corrupt. Try CCleaner to remove corrupt files, it is a Windows software that allows completely clean that has accumulated over time on your computer. Indeed, after having installed and uninstalled many applications, the hard drive is often found littered with DLL and other files that are obsolete, with the accumulation, taking up space unnecessarily on the system. Then reinstall the drivers again.

In some cases, the USB ports on your computer can be disabled temporarily. You can also meet other software problems. Restarting your computer can be an easy solution for this problem. Make sure the Apple Mobile Device Service is installed and running using the Services MMC tool integrable: From the Start menu, click Run. (For Windows Vista and Windows 7, click the Windows Start button and click inside the search field to place the cursor.) Type services.msc and click OK. A list of services appears. Display the list in alphabetical order and check the status of "Apple Mobile Device Service is" Started ". If the state does not indicate that the service is started, click the right mouse button on the Apple Mobile Device Service and choose Start from the menu. If the service is installed and started, click right on the service and select Restart from the menu.

If the driver is installed and the service is installed and started, check for error messages in Event Viewer. From the Start menu, click Run. For Windows 7, click the Windows Start button and click inside the search field to place the cursor. Eventvwr.msc Type and click OK. You can also try changing the port.

iPhone requires a specific minimum version of iTunes. At Apple, we recommend of using the latest version of iTunes. You can find your version of iTunes by choosing About iTunes from the Help menu. Download and install the latest version or select Help> Check for updates in iTunes. Although it is usually not necessary to uninstall iTunes before reinstalling it, this operation is recommended in some cases.
