Nokia N97 doesn't show Memory card

Hello friends,
I am new to this forum. I recently bought a cool new Nokia N97 mobile phone. Last night while listening music on my mobile it suddenly stopped in the middle of a song saying an error with memory card. I don't know why Nokia N97 doesn't show Memory card. I don't know what happened to it. I Please help me.

Have you try to restart your mobile? If not, then first try to restart your mobile. Most of the people face such type of problem and they are able to fix this problem by performing restart process. Just turn off your mobile for 15 minutes and then after 15 minutes again restart your mobile. After this you will able to see memory card of your mobile.

I think there is some software related problem in your nokia N97 mobile phone. Have you upgrade your mobile with new version? If not then try to upgrade your mobile with new version. If you don't know how to do this then you can use following steps.
1.First take backup of your mobile using Nokia PC suite.
2.Now go to main menu.
3.Now choose Applications option.
4.Now choose "Software Update" option for your mobile.
5.Select the application you want to update.
6.Now follow the instruction.

It seems that your mobile's music library get corrupted and that's why you are getting such type of problem. In this case you have to delete that library from your mobile to fix this problem. If you don;e know how to delete that library then use following steps.
First connect your mobile to computer using USB cable -> now look out for folder with name "Private" -> now open that folder and delete all contain from that folder -> now restart your mobile. After this you will not get any problem.

You have to perform Hard Reset process to fix this problem. If you don't know how to perform Hard reset process then use following steps.
1.The hard reset process will delete the all stuffs that you installed and stored in the PHONE MEMORY and for this reason you have to take backup of your mobile.
2.Now turn off your mobile phone after done with the back-up.
3.Now press Press and hold SHIFT, SPACE, BACKSPACE, AND THE POWER BUTTON simultaneously until your mobile switch on.
4.After this release all these buttons and restore your mobile.
5.Now you will not get any problem.
