Samsung LN46A530 Vs Haier HL42R

I am going to buy LCD Television. As it very slim which can fit into very small area. I wan to take either 42 inches or 46 inches LCD. For this have two choices and which are Samsung LN46A530 & Haier HL42R. Both these TV brands are popular for LCD TV , So I am very confused which to select. According to you which LCD television I should take from Samsung LN46A530 and Haier HL42R? I am waiting for your opinion.
