Hi all,

i am using china mobile phone, there are some setting in my mobile is changed accidentally, and it hanged every time. I want to reset my chine mobile by factory setting. but there is no option i found it, can anybody tell me how can i restore. Please help.

Factory mode: *#987#
Enable COM port: *#110*01# -> Device -> Set UART -> PS Config -> UART1/115200
Restore factory settings: *#987*99#
software version: *#800#
software version: *#900#
set default language: *#0000# Send
set English language: *#0044# Send
set English language (new firmware): *#001#.

You can also reset your china phone by menu option. But you require password for that. The password is 00000. Also check the following useful codes.
GM208 engineering menu: *#66*#
Set language to English: *#0044#
Set language to Russian: *#0007#

After pressing that code, you are getting an International Mobile Subscriber Identity. An International Mobile Subscriber Identity or IMSI is an exclusive recognition linked with all GSM and UMTS network mobile phone users. I think there might be a software crash problem with your mobile phone so you will have to either flash the mobile phone or maybe go to a mobile repair shop and they might do it for you but on a charge, means you will have to pay some penny for it. Other than that you can try out other restore codes that are listed here - China Mobile Secret Codes

Thats the problem I am having where do I enter these codes at????Since it won't recognize my sim card I can't use the dialer cause its only for emergency calls. Is there another place to enter these codes at??

If that is not recognizing your SIM card then you can take some other working SIM card and insert that in your phone and then try to apply those codes and see if they are working for you. Once you are done with that then you can insert your SIM card. This is the only thing that I can suggest you at the time. I hope that this will help you.

I don’t know how your memory card restricted the SMS sending and internet. So to troubleshoot this issue you need to try and remove the memory card and then see where the messages are in use now or not if everything is fine in the absence of memory card then I don’t want you to use that card again because it might be corrupted so try and replace that one.

i already do that take out the memory card and i also try to restore factory settings do u no any software that can reprogram the phone
