GPRS Configurations for China Mobile E71 Pro

Hey,
I am using E71 Pro China Mobile, in that I want activate internet for internet browsing, I try many of things nut it was not successful, after that I try here I know here I get the proper solution for solving my problem , so please give me suggestion how I GPRS Configure for China Mobile E71 Pro.

Yes sure here you get the proper solution for soloing your problem, I think enabling internet in your China mobile you have activate the GPRS and I think currently Airtel is best for GPRS connection I also use this same internet connection think you also use same GPRS connection, use following steps for activating GPRS
Use following steps:
• Go to "services" -> Data Account -> GPRS.
• Select empty account
• Then edit the account as following.
Open MOBILE OFFICE - Account Name – APN – type airtelgprs.com
o user name
o Password
o Auth. Type

After that restart your phone and try to open airtelgprs.com web site, and I sure at this time you able to start the internet connection.

Use following setting for activating the wap
Here are the settings for wap,
Go to:
1.Services-wap-settings
2.Edit account-Select SIM
3.Select Airtel Live
4. Account Name=Airtel Live
5. Home page=http://live.airtelworld.com
6.Data account=airtel Live
7.Connection type=HTTP
8.In http=use proxy(yes)-
9.Proxy address=100.001.200.099
10.proxy port=8080

Open SERVICES from main menu==>DATA ACCOUNT==>GPRS==>EDIT any existing account==>
Account Name–> MO
APN–>airtelgprs.com
Auth. Type–>Normal
save all the settings.
then return to SERVICES==>WAP==>SETTINGS==>EDIT PROFILE==>EDIT any existing account==>
Rename Profile==> Mobile Office
Homepage==>Google
data account==> select MO
Select Connection Type==>
Connection-oriented
IP Address==>202.056.231.117
Security==> off
save all the settings and click BACK button and choose "Activate Profile"
Come back to SERVICES==>WAP==>Homepage
and now you ready to use Mobile Office

Account Name–> LIVE
APN–>airtelfun.com
Auth. Type–>Normal
save all the settings.
Come back to SERVICES==>WAP==>SETTINGS==>EDIT PROFILE==>EDIT any existing account==>
Rename Profile==> Airtel Live
Homepage==>http://live.airtelworld.com
data account==> LIVE (which we created previously)
Connection Type==>
Here u find three option
a) Connection-oriented
b) Connectionless
c) HTTP
choose c) HTTP==>
Proxy Address==>100.001.200.099
Proxy Port==> 8080
Again save all the settings and click BACK button and choose "Activate Profile"
Come back to SERVICES==>WAP==>Homepage
and you r ready to use Airtel Live…

If you want to activate GPRS on your mobile phone then you need settings and network provider (airtel,vodafone,etc), usually they do not provide it for china mobile. So you have to do it manually. The main setting is proxy port address. Call customer care and ask for proxy settings and dont tell them that you are using china phone. Say any symbian 60v3 OS phone (like nokia e90).

the message, i follow the step but at last said GPRS not subscribed so i dont know what to do. can you please tell me what to do?

hey buddy.. i always keep telling people that why to take settings from here and there when you have to pay at last for the usage. Why not simply call the service provider customer care and ask them for settings. Every city, every state has different settings. Every mobile has different IP address. You will definitely get some errors of you try out that settings. So, just call the service provider and tell them to send you the settings.

Can anyone tell me about the CREDITS and WORSE side of the chinese phone model DIAMOND ROCKER which is a 3.5" touchscreen .. google nexus's chinese replica ... ??

The credit note for the china phone is that it is cheapest phone with all the multimedia functionality which you can only see in the high end phone. The Worst part is that it does not have guarantee so can not be repaired. Also Chinese phone does not support the third party application. Only some of the Chinese phone support the application. Also they are secure as they are delicate to use.

I'm in South Africa,using Cell C as service provider.Can I use the above settings or only the settings Cell C gave me?

What internet settings can I use in South Africa?Can someone give me the settings for Vodacom,MTN & Cell C.I'm using a Mobicel E71 Pro-TV phone.Can anyone comment on this phone?Why does the phone have so little onboard memory-250k?I requested gprs settings from Cell C and got it,but when I try to do a Google search it tells me "insufficient memory".Why is that???
