Want to know about iRiver Dicple D31.

Hello, I have many products of iRiver and i liked them very much. Now i have seen the iRiver's Dicple D31 recently and i am quite interested in it. This product from iRiver looks cool although every product of this company has its own cool looks. Before i plan to buy this product, I want to know about iRiver Dicple D31.

iRiver Dicple D31 can do mulitple things. Actually it is feature of iRiver to give multi functionality to its products which have been done with the Dicple 31 also. iRiver Dicple D31 is a portable media player which will be its main feature and it can also works as an electronic dictionary, a Personal Information Manager(PIM) and a personal organizer provided with an optional DMB tuner.

Formats supported by the iRiver Dicple D31 are MP3, WMA, ASF and OGG audio, AVI and WMV video and JPEG, GIF, BMP, PNG, TXT, DOC, XLS, PPT, HWP, CSD and PDF. iRiver Dicple D31 also has handwriting recognition capabilities which makes it very much entertaining writing. It also includes some inbuilt dictionaries which you may want to use apart from this it also has calendar, scheduler and FM.

iRiver is quite nice product introduced by the iRiver. iRiver Dicple D31 is measured 140 x 80.8 x 19.6mm and it has a screen of 4.3″ of 480 x 272 resolution with 252K color LCD touchscreen sensor which is much helpful to write when you are creating any document in it. This product from the iRiver comes in two versions. And additionally it provides DMB tuner.

There are two versions in iRiver Dicple D31 one is a 4GB version with a TV tuner and an EDU version of 8GB with no tuner. Some music specifications about iRiver Dicple D31 are interesting as it can play continuously for 35 hours when you play only audio music and it plays for 5 hours when it is playing video files. Both the versions of iRiver Dicple D31 comes with the USB connectivity which allows users to sync it with a PC.
