Hey, the mobile phone that you have is a china model phone or an original phone from Nokia, because if it is a china mobile phone then it wont support themes as most of the chinese phone dont have the capabilties to support third party apps and tools. If it is original nokia manufactured then try going to nokia.com and download themes and test it on your phone and check if it is working or not.
