Best 10MP - 13MP Digital Camera.

Hi, I am a professional camera man and i have many high quality cameras for my work purpose. Now i want to buy a good camera for my family use which can be easily used by any member of my family. I am searching for camera between 10 to 13 megapixel. Can you help me to decide that which will be the best digital camera of 10-13 megapixel?
