Nokia 5800 mobile's Screen Freezing

Hello to all,
I am new to this forum. I have Nokia 5800 mobile phone which is 5 months old. It don't have any problem until last week. From last week my mobile phone's screen freeze continuously. I don't know why Nokia 5800 mobile's Screen Freezing Anyone else having the same problem. Please help me.

Hey you have to perform Restore factory settings to fix this problem. This process resets all the settings to the default one. But before performing this process take backup of your mobile. Just unlock your mobile and type *#7780# and press dial button. Now it will asked for security code. Just type 12345 as default code. Now let the process complete. After this you will not get any problem.

I think there is some software related problem and that's why you are getting such type of problem. In this case you have to perform Hard reset process to get rid out of this problem. If you don't know how to perform hard reset process then use following steps.
First connect your mobile to computer and take backup of your mobile -> now disconnect your mobile and turn off your mobile -> now press * (star key), 3 (number button) and talk/green key until your mobile turn on. After this you will not get any problem.

It seems that there is some problem in your mobile's touch screen and that's why you are getting such type of problem. Try to restart your mobile. If after this if you still have the same problem then it mans that there is some problem in your mobile's touch screen. In this case you have to repair your mobile's touch screen to fix this problem. If new updates available then install it in your mobile as per instruction.
