Need Waterproof and Shockproof Digital camera

I want to buy the Waterproof and Shockproof Digital camera but i don't know that is there any digital camera available in the market which has all these features. I am not sure but i think the Olympus has one digital camera which is waterproof and shockproof. If there is any digital camera in the market which has this features the i hope you people will reply back me very soon. I want this type of digital camera because i am not very careful about my gadgets and other things.
