Nokia E66 mobile phone doesn't show phone memory option

Hello to all,
I am new to this forum. I have Nokia E66 mobile phone which is 3 months old. It don't have any problem until last 2 days. From last 2 days my mobile Nokia E66 mobile phone doesn't show phone memory option. I don't know why this happened. Anyone else having the same problem. Please help me to fix this problem.

Have you try to restart your mobile? If not, then try to restart your mobile. Most of the people face such type of problem and they are able to fix this problem by performing restart process. Just turn off your mobile. Now wait for 15 minutes. after some times again turn on your mobile. After this you will able to see Phone memory option from your mobile.

Hey, it seems that you are trying to see Phone memory option in Main menu and that's why you are not able to see Phone memory option. phone memory option is preset in mobile's File manager option. If you don't know how to go there then use following steps.
First go to main menu -> now go to Office option -> now go to File manager option -> now you will see Phone memory option -> now open that option to see content of phone memory.

You have to perform Restore factory settings to get rid out of this problem. This process resets all the settings to the default one. If don't know how to perform this process then use following steps.
First take backup of your mobile -> now unlock your mobile -> now type *#7780# and press dial button -> Now it will asked for security code, just type 12345 as default code -> now wait for few minutes until this process complete.
After this process you will not get any problem.

Most of the people face such type of problem and they are able to fix this problem by performing Reformat process. This process delete all your data from your mobile's phone memory and after that process you will able to see phone memory option. If you don't know how to do this then use following steps.
1.First connect your mobile to computer and take backup of your mobile.
2.Now unlock your mobile and type *#7370# and press dial button.
3.Now wait for few minutes until this process complete.
4.After that restart your mobile.

It seems that your mobile's software is affected with some kind of virus and that's why you are getting such type of problem. In this case you have to remove all those virus from your mobile to get rid out of this problem. Just connect your mobile to computer and then scan your mobile using computer's Anti-virus or you can also install Anti-virus application directly in your mobile to prevent virus. After removing all virus you will able to see Phone memory option.
