Can't see receiver of the video caller on E63

Hello to all,
I am new to this forum. I have Nokia E63. I recently activate 3G service on my mobile for video calling. But when I tried to make video call, I unable to see receiver of the video caller. I don't know why this is happening. Please help me.

It seems that other user don't have front camera in it's mobile and that's why you are not able to see other user. To see other user in video calling other user must have front camera in it's mobile. In this case try to call that user who have front camera in it's mobile. Only few mobile's have front camera. Such types of problem happened with lot's of users.

I think you have turn off your camera option and that's why you are getting such type of problem. In this case look your settings for camera. Go to Audio and Video Tuning wizard for enabling camera application. Now turn on camera. After this try to call other user. Now you will not get any problem. I hope my suggestion will help you.

I think there is some network related issue. Try to call other user and check whether you get the same problem or not. If you get the same problem with other user then it means that there is some technical problem in your mobile's service provider. In this case wait for few more days until this problem solved by your mobile's service provider. After that you will not get any problem.

Hey there is no front camera in E63 and for this reason you can not see other user. To see other user in video calling both the user must have front camera in their mobile. Without front camera you can not see other user. Most of the people have such type of problem. In this case if you want to make video calling then you can buy another mobile which has front camera.
