Music player start automatically when calling from Nokia N73

Hello to all,
I am having this strange problem from last week. I have Nokia N73 which is 1 year old. It don't have any problem until last week. Whenever I tried to call someone my mobile's music player start automatically. I don't know why this happening. Please help me to fix this problem.

It seems that there is some software related problem. In this case you have to Hard reset your mobile to fix this problem. Most of the people face such type of problem and they are able to fix this problem by performing this process. You can do this in following ways.
first take back up of your mobile -> now turn off your mobile -> now press "*" key, "3" key, red end key and turn on button simultaneously until your mobile turn on. Once your mobile turn on, after this you will not get any problem.

I think there is some problem in your mobile's music player. It may get corrupted or get damaged and that's why you are getting such type of problem. In this case you have to use some other third party music player for playing songs. Just search on google for music player. Just download and install new music player in your mobile.

Have you restart your mobile? If not, then first restart your mobile. Most of the people face such type pf problem and they are able to fix this problem by using this simple process. After restarting, if you still have the same problem then there is some serious problem happened with your mobile. In this case you have to contact your nearest nokia service center to get solution regarding this.

I also had the same problem. I tried various method. I reset my mobile, I restart my mobile but none of them worked out. Then one of my friend said me it is hardware related problem. Then I contact Nokia service center and they help me to fix this problem. I think you also contact your nearest nokia service center to get rid out of this problem.
