Screen of N97 become unresponsive frequently

I recently bought a cool new Nokia N97 for my business purpose. It is completed only 4 months. It don't have problem until last week. From last week mobile's(N97) screen become unresponsive frequently. It mostly happened when sliding the phone or when I receive call. I don't know why this happened. Please help me to get rid out of this problem.

First connect your mobile to computer -> now take backup of your mobile using Nokia PC suite -> now disconnect your mobile -> now turn off your mobile -> now press Caps shift, Space bar, Delete button, On button simultaneously until your mobile turn on -> after this process restore your mobile.
