Help in setting up Outlook 2007 on Blackberry

Okay now this is something strange, but I really need a solution for this.
We are using Outlook 2007 on Exchange Server. We do send mails to our employees in office. Is it possible to send mails to their Blackberry when they are out of office or when they are on field. And then switch off this function when that particular employee will be back in office. Is their any method to do so.?

Okay so over here you need help in integrating Microsoft Outlook Web Access email address with a Blackberry Internet Service Account.
Now there are many different steps which you will have to follow in order to setup such type of account.
Some wireless service providers do not support association with all email account types. Contact the wireless service provider to verify that Microsoft Outlook Web Access email addresses are supported.
To start of with this integration process just follow the link given below of the Blackberry website where an detail explanation is given of how you can setup such account.

Hey thanks a lot for replying to this. And the link which was mentioned was very helpful in setting up an account with Blackberry. But there are some more changes required to be made in the Outlook 2007 also right.? Can someone guide me through a step by step process for the same.

Yes you have to make some changes in Outlook 2007 as well. So following are the changes which are required to be made.
In the mailbox field you have to type in the desired name you want for your account in Outlook 2007. To determine the mailbox name log in to the Microsoft Outlook Web Access account and check the Inbox folder on the left hand side top corner. On the task panel the mailbox name should be displayed.
Then click Next, if the account is properly configured then you should get the respective message saying that the account is properly set. Click on OK.
And you are ready to use your integrated account.
