The Zune HD player's error message, Can't load the page you requested, may be due to following reasons :

    • You are not in the range of the wireless access point.
    • The wireless access point is no longer connected to the Internet.
    • The wireless access point is incompatible with the Zune Player HD.
    • The browser to Zune HD Player is not compatible with the requirements of the website. For example, the page may require Microsoft Silverlight or Adobe Flash. These supplements are not compatible with Zune Player browser HD.

Make sure you are within range of the wireless access point and that the access point currently have Internet access. the wireless may be very weak. This can be due to any number of issues related to the network link. Try sitting near your wifi box and seeing if the problem persists.

If still you still have a problem loading the web page, you can try another wireless access point, if possible.

    1. To do this, follow these steps: From the main screen HD Zune Player, tap Settings, tap WIRELESS and then in NETWORKS.
    2. In the list of network connections, tap and hold the network you are trying to connect, and then click FORGET NETWORK.
    3. Select another network from the list of network connections.
