Zune Player battery does not charge

Hi,

I have a Zune music player, purchased 1 year back. I don't know why from few days it has started frozen up and now a charge does not seem to hold for very long. I think the battery is not charging. So I want to know, what may be the reason for Zune Player battery not charging ?

To charge the battery in your Zune device, you must connect the Zune device to a power source supported the following:

1. USB Port of a computer, you can connect to use a Zune sync cable.

• Zune AC adapter you can connect to using a Zune sync cable.
• Zune Car Charger or a transmitter / charger Zune FM.

2. An Xbox 360 USB port you can connect to using a Zune sync cable.

3. A portable battery pack "designed for Zune.

Zune devices do not support cards from third-party power designed to meet the specifications of the Zune device.

Allow the Zune charge for 30 minutes, then disconnect and reconnect the cable to activate the player. It may take up to 3 hours to fully charge. Connect your Zune to a different USB port on your computer. Using a USB port on the back of the computer. Do not use a USB hub. Use another supported high power source, such as an Xbox 360, Zune AC adapter, Zune car charger or a charger / FM transmitter for Zune.

Follow the instructions for the type of player who has: Zune HD: Hold down the button / Off for about 10 seconds until you restart the Player.
