How is Compaq Mini CQ10 Laptop

Hi,
Is Compaq Mini CQ10 launched in the market. I need information specifically for the Indian Market. I had seen the glimpse of laptop on internet. The size and design was really attractive. What is the basic configuration of it and what be the cost of it. I am not sure that is it given for sale right know. My sources does not mentions any released date also. Thanks in advance for any information on it.

No the laptop is not yet released. I think so the launch date is also not announced yet. Best thing is to wait for some time. I got this image of the laptop on the internet. The laptop is equipped with Intel Atom's N450 1.66GHz processor with 1GB DDR2 RAM. It is nice and handy laptop best suitable for traveling. It is not heavy and has a great look.

The basic configuration of this machine is 1GB RAM with Intel Atom N450 CPU. The core speed of the processor is 1.66GHz. It has a Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 3150 support. There is a cell battery which is long enough to hold your work. You will get a 802.11b/g WiFi support for your internet and LAN work with around 250GB of hard disk. The screen is 10.1" LCD Display.

It is in news that the laptop might be released soon. The date giving is this Thusday January 7th 2010. The prices is not yet confirmed but it can be assumed around Rs. 18000 approx. The laptop looks an ideal choice for mini laptops with great savings and features. Although one thing of portables is always lacking. The DVD RW support. I am not sure about this. So you have a removable flash drive support for moving your data.

It is a full featured mini laptop of 10.2 inch display.You can get whatever you expect for your portable laptop. the laptop comes with Windows 7 Starter Edition. Some sites are offering a purchase of same for $259.99 approx. But I will wait for the final release. I believe once in comes to the market their can be a fluctuation in the price.

I will not tell that only the CQ10 is the best mini laptop or the latest one for portables. It is recommended that you must go for comparison with other models tool. The Mini 210 gives you a 250 Hard drive with wi-fi support, web cam, 6 cell battery, etc. This stands in the comparison of Comapaq CQ10. If there is a price difference between both then you can choose among the two models.
