Samsung A860 Settings Issue

I'm using Samsung A860 handset. Now the problem is that as i was trying to watch a show on my Samsung A860 cell phone, it got reverted to the factory default settings within 20 minutes. As i tried to reset my settings, it automatically came right back to "Dynamic". So, can any body tell me that how do resolve Samsung A860 settings issue? Any one has any idea about it? Kindly help me out to resolve the above issue. Thanks.

According to me you need to try again restoring your phone with factory settings, its a basic cell problem. I think its most like a shop mode issue. Make sure you push the center "circle" when you get the picture where you want it, that should save the settings.

I think you should take your Samsung A860 cellphone to near by Samsung service center. It might be that there may be some hardware and firmware on your Samsung A860 cellphone. Their technician might be able to resolve your above issue. The Service tech will have the necessary hardware and firmware to get you back up on your Samsung A860 cellphone.

The best way to resolve your above issue, is to take your Samsung A860 cellphone to your local dealer, from where you had purchased it. He might be able to resolve your above issue. If your Samsung A860 cellphone is been under warranty and your cellphone seems to be defective one then, there might be possibility of getting a new handset by replacing with your defective handset.
