I have Iphone from china MTKBTDEVICE but i din`t have drivers,
for my window 7 ultimate.
I can`t use the bleutooth he ask for drivers,

I have faced the similar kind of problems in the past but with another china made mobile phone. I got this problem solved by reconnecting the device to the system, After connecting when it asks for the driver select the option to download the drivers automatically. If you are helpless still then contact the cellphone vendor to provide you either the PC suite or the drivers for your cell phone. you can also search for it over the websites like the filebuzz or on the fixya.com
