Olympus Stylus Tough 8000 vs panasonic ts1 Digital Camera

I am going to buy a new Digital Camera and i have only two choices 1] Olympus Stylus Tough 8000 and 2] Panasonic Lumix DMC-TS1. Can any one tell which one is bets? I also want to know the features and specification of this tow digital camera. Is there any specification difference between this two model?
