Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 vs HTC HD2 which one is best. I know both Mobile have pretty much same features. Please tell me the differences. I don't really care too much about the size as long as they do not take too much space. I am genuinely interested but i would love to know the future of Sony Ericsson Xperia X10.

The HTC HD 2 and the Sony X10 are both extremely powerful multimedia phones (SUPER SMART PHONE) You can't go wrong with either. With features like the 1GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor and the large 4-inch display, the Android-based Xperia X10 should be a hit phone.

The Sony Ericsson XPERIA X10 has obviously passed through the scrutiny of the Federal commission, but the interesting part is the 3G test. The XPERIA X10 handset has a 4” display and is still compact which is rarely seen. Since the phone has its edges slightly curved, it appears to be very sleek and when handheld, seems to be a slim Smartphone. HTC HD2 has a 1GHz processor and runs the latest new Windows Mobile 6.5 OS, It will be the company's first Windows Mobile phone to rock HTC's Sense user interface.

The X10 is a little better hardware ( better camera, more ram ) but IMO WM is the better OS ( connectivity, X10 comes with android 1.6 which also means 65k colors, ...) Specs wise, the Xperia X10 has jumped to the head of the Android pack, and has added in a new overlay that's probably the most comprehensive among other competitors too.

Sony Ericsson’s XPERIA X10 has an 8.1-megapixel camera with auto focus, face recognition, flash, smile-detection and video recording with video light. 4-inch OLED capacitive touch screen, 8.1 megapixel camera with up to 16x digital zoom. Sony Ericsson custom social networking and media UI, built-in accelerometer. The X10 is by no means a compact device, sporting dimensions of 119 x 63 x 13mm, so it will feel quite big in the hand. You will see in the video clip below, it does appear to be somewhat large.
