    problem in ipod's touch screen

    Hi,
I had this problem from last 2 days. Two days before when I pick up my ipod to listen some music I found that my ipod has white screen all over. I won't able to see anything on my ipod. I tried to charged it with another computer but it didn't work out. Anyone else having the same problem? Please help me to get rid out of this problem.

Try to reset your ipod and if that also nor working then you have to Put iPod into Disk Mode
You can do this in following ways.
1.First charge your ipod for 2hours.
2.Now turn on your ipod and after few seconds turn off.
3.Now Press and hold sleep/wake button and home button simultaneously until logo of apple appeared.
4.Now immediately press and hold the center and the Play/Pause button simultaneously until message with "Disk Mode" appear.
5.Now connect your ipod to computer.
    6.Now again reset your ipod.

I think you have to restore your ipod. If you don't know how to restore your ipod then use following steps.
First connect your ipod to computer -> now format your ipod -> now open itunes application -> in the right hand side you can find that one Restore button -> just click on it -> wait for few seconds -> until logo of apple appeared.
After this process your ipod will have new version of OS.

Re: problem in ipod's touch screen

It seems that there is some battery related issue in your ipod. You have to replace it with another one. First try to charge it with another charger and if you still have the same problem then you have to contact your nearest apple store to fix this problem.
