Issue of gaming and application over sony ericsson K800i

Hi friends,

I am getting lots of troubles while using the sony ericsson K800i mobile.

My problem is that I am unable to open any game or application on my mobile. Whenever I try this I get error saying that "Failed to open".

If anyone had similar problem than please let me know to avoid this error message.

I had gone through the similar issue of the mobile. I suggest you to scan your mobile for viruses. This can be possible that because of the virus you are not able to open any application or game.

I did the same thing, When I scanned my mobile, I got 15 viruses in my mobile. But after the removal of the virus my problem got solved. You can also try this technique.

I also frustrated because of the same issue i.e "Failed to Open error. I had scanned my mobile for any virus occurrence but didn't get any virus.

What do you think what is root cause of this problem? Is it the problem of all sony ericsson K800i? or its only my mobile problem.

*. Upgrade your mobile software with latest version.

*. Do the virus scanning of your mobile to delete virus.

*. If above two thigs are not usefule then please contact manufacturer of your mobile.
