Flashing Nokia 5220 mobile

I am having the Nokia 5220 Xpress Music mobile phone and this mobile phone is not working properly. So i am thinking to flash the mobile phone. This will clear all the problems of my mobile phone. But i dont know how to do this. Please guide me for the same. I want to do this very soon. Please guide me step by step if you know.

But i will tell you not to flash the mobile at the initial stage. First you should bring this mobile to the Factory settings. Sometimes the Factory Settings solves the problem related with the mobile phones. You can do this from the settings menu, there you will find the Restore factory settings.
