Reducing the font size of message in Samsung star 3G

Hello friends ,
I am using the Samsung star 3G mobile phone from past few months. This mobile has a large screen and touch screen facility. But the problem is that because of big screen the font of the SMS is also big. But i do not like big fonts and i want to reduce the font size of the messages. I am not getting any link in my cell phone to do the same. I thought you guys will be knowing how to do the same.

You are using Samsung star 3G cell phone and this is the touchscreen mobile phone from the Samsung. As you said in your query , this mobile phone has the large display as compared to other mobile phones. So , the font size of the SMS messages of this mobile is also the bigger than other mobile phone. May be this font size is the default font for your cell phone. If you want to change the font size of your messages and if this font is default or not then refer the user manual guide of the cell phone.

According to the Screen size of Samsung star 3G , the font size of the messages is also big. So that you can see the messages and all other things very easily and clearly without giving any pressure to your eyes. However you can reduce the font size of the messages according to your needs. For changing the font size of messages in your Samsung mobile phone-
1- Go to messages
2- Select message settings
3- Select font size option
4- Set the font size mentioned in the list for your need.

If the default font size of your mobile phone which you are using currently is the smallest font size then you cannot further reduce the font of the messages. But there is one more possibility of the font size of the whole mobile phone. See for the font size of the mobile phone , if it is set to the default or to large and there is smaller font option available then select the smaller font and save the setting. You can check for the device font settings in the Display settings.

It is very easy, Open any message and press volume button (located left upper side in phone) up to increase and down to decresse the font size
