Re: Maps and GPS programs not working after upgrading with 3.0 in iphone

I think this problem is due to your wifi connection. Some time wifi connection may not work properly, due to this your map and gps not work properly. I suggest you try doing following things:
1.First disconnect your wifi connection and then try to use 3G connection for internet.
2.If wifi and 3G connection both not working then try using "wap" internet connection.
3.If you still have the same problem then you have to restore your iphone using iTunes.
You can take help of iTunes Manuel for restoring iphone.

You don't have to restore or update your iphone again, just try following things. It will fix your problem.
1.Go to setting option -> then choose General option -> then click on Lock -> Now select "Set to Never" option.
2. Now again go to Settings option -> then select General option -> click on Network option -> now on turn off 3G connection.
3.Open Settings option -> now select General option -> now turn off Location services.
4.Now turn off Wi-Fi connection from setting option
5.Turn off your iphone and again turn on.
6.Now come in open space.
7.Turn on your location services from General option.
8.Now start your maps and gps.
9.Turn on your 3G connection .
10. Now you can able to see maps and gps are both working.

Re: Maps and GPS programs not working after upgrading with 3.0 in iphone

I think there is some setting related to maps and gps has been changed. I suggest you to reset your all setting. You can reset you all setting using following steps:
Go to setting option -> Click on general option -> select Reset option -> Now click on "Reset All Settings".
After resetting to your original state, if you still have the same problem then there is some connection related issue. In this case you have to check whether your internet connection is working or not.
