Syncing error 0xE8000065 of iPhone 3GS

Last Week I switched from Windows XP to Windows 7. I had also changed a few system specifications for accommodating the new operating system. I am now having a 500 GB hard disk rather than the old 80GB and also added a new RAM stick of 1GB to the already existing 1.5GB. I have retained my Intel Core 2 Duo processor and Gigabyte motherboard. After installing Windows 7 all was working fine. I then bought a new Apple iPhone 3GS. But I am not able to sync it with my computer it gives some Syncing Error 0xE8000065.

You may try to disable the USB(Universal Serial Bus) power management. The step to do that may help sync you Iphone with your computer (though it is not the only reason) and after completing the steps restart your computer your computer for the settings to be enabled.
    The Tweak is as follows:
    1. Click on the Windows Key on your keyboard or the Start Menu on the desktop.
    2. In the search box type in DEVMGMT.MSC
    3. This will bring you the Device Manager window.
    4. In the Device Manager Window Go to View and select Devices By Type.
    5. The USB controllers section is to be expanded of the tree.
    6. Select every USB Root Hub entry and right click on it.
    7. Now choose Properties.
    8. Select Power Management.
    9. Delete- Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power.

Thank you for your suggestion. I tried the perform USB Power Management Tweak in my Windows 7. But still I m not able to sync my iPhone with my desktop computer. Why is this happening? Is there any other alternative way to sort this out. I had purchased iPhone 3GS just 5 days ago. Please suggest some other solution to help me sync my iPhone with my desktop.

According to me I will suggest you to contact your computer technician. Your computer technician will assist you to Sync your iphone with your computer. But if the issue still stays unresolved then the best solution is to contact the iphone manufacture's service center. As if it is the issue with the iphone you can get it replaced since your iphone is in-warranty.
