How To Change Fonts On Symbian Phone

Does any one know how to change fonts on Symbian Phone. I am using Nokia n70 mobile phone and i want to change the default fonts of my phone. Any tools which allow users to easily manage fonts and allow to adjust fonts in different size, in different style.
