Hi,
I have Samsung SGH-X100 GPRS dual band handphone and I am using this from past half year.I am having handset problems like hang,reset,call can't be established. As the warranty expired,i had contacted Samsung dealer.I was informed by Samsung phone executive and by mobile dealer that because of the upgradation in all the service providers, software of handset need to be upgraded.
The same handset issue is still hapenning with my freind of same model.Please help to me solve this problem .
