Problen in using Samsung SGH-X100 dual band handphone

Hi,

I have Samsung SGH-X100 GPRS dual band handphone and I am using this from past half year.I am having handset problems like hang,reset,call can't be established. As the warranty expired,i had contacted Samsung dealer.I was informed by Samsung phone executive and by mobile dealer that because of the upgradation in all the service providers, software of handset need to be upgraded.

The same handset issue is still hapenning with my freind of same model.Please help to me solve this problem .

In india all dual band handsets will work properly. Had u taken it to the right ppl ??
I think software up-gradation will works for this problem.

In cities, there r a few ppl who are able to repair literally anthing and everything. take your handset to them.

Try to upgrade software from your handset.
If you have tried this already and this didn't work then it should be problem in the harware of your handset.
I hope this will definitely help you.

As one of your handset problem is "call can't be established".This problem is occurring not due to only because of handset problem. It might be occur due failure in the mobile networks which you are using.
Have tried change in the mobile networks?
